SHAPED GASKETS

• In accordance with the technical specifications, we produce all forms of shaped gaskets from any kind of raw materials.
• We produce shaped gaskets with all dimensions between 0,50 gr and 600 gr.

• Our production is carried out in accordance with our standards of measurement and the tolerance values specified within the requests of our business partners.

 

APPLICATIONS ON DIFFERENT RAW MATERIALS

• In accordance with the demands of our business partners, we provide pressing services on various engineering plastics, with rubber raw materials.
• Appropriate application of dye or adhesive will be applied on the metal once or twice, de pending on the type of elastomer. Following the process of dye or adhesive application, the rubber is applied on the plastic.

• Our production is carried out in accordance with our standards of measurement and the tolerance values specified within the requests of our business partners.

 

 

EXTRUDER PARTS

• In accordance with customer demands, we provide our customers with products that are manufactured through all kinds of extruder techniques.
• The products will be formed in compliance with the specifications of our business partners.
• The products are delivered as 25 m or 100 m rolls, depending on the thickness or dimensions of the products. In the event of special requests, we can decrease or increase the meters of roll length.
